The company has launched five new residential fibre broadband deals and six business packages.

Entanet has announced the expansion of its range of fibre optic broadband packages to help give its channel partners a "competitive edge".

The wholesale voice and data communications provider has launched five new family broadband deals and six additional options aimed at businesses, which offer inclusive bandwidth allowances of 30GB to 180GB and 15GB to 360GB per month respectively.

All packages offer download speeds of up to 40Mbps, coupled with standard upload rates of up to 2Mbps, with the potential to increase this latter figure to 10Mbps for a small fee.

According to Entanet, the new deals will enable its channel partners to meet the full needs of residential and business customers.

Darren Farnden, head of marketing at the internet service provider, said: "As demand for high-speed connectivity continues to grow, Entanet partners can now efficiently and cost-effectively cater for these requirements."

Founded in 1996, Entanet is part of Entagroup, an IT and communications company headquartered in Telford with annual sales of more than $200 million (£124 million).
